PEPSEN team recently won a bid of over 1.5 million USD for polycrystalline silicon industry. Polyurethane vibration screen is one of key products, it is used to keep steel frame from polluting polycrystalline silicon. The polyurethane screen is molded and then installed on steel frame. Polyurethane is kind of clean and abrasion resistant material. Testings by customer's third-party laboratory proves polyurethane from PEPSEN is the cleanest one among five competitors, this assure the high purity of polycrystalline silicon.

As the tooling cost is rather high, it is not worth opening molds for low volume polyurethane screens. Besides, some complicated screens are hardly molded as the material is in liquid form.

After discussion, Pepsen purchased CNC engraving and Milling Machine, to drill holes on different shape, this investment reduced big tooling cost and labor cost greatly, and ensure more precision holes diameter and position for customers.
