Heavy-Duty Polyurethane Wheels Existing heavy-duty polyurethane wheels with the hub or core still in good condition can be repainted, cleaned and retreaded with new polyurethane treads, extending the life of the wheel. New and recycled heavy duty polyurethane wheels can be manufactured to withstand various load weights at variable RPM. We can produce heavy duty polyurethane wheels and rims that are new in-house and custom made. Our engineering department can convert your ideas, sketches, engineering drawings or CAD files into custom polyurethane parts. The engineering department uses SolidWorks, while our shop uses CamWorks for 3-axis milling.
