Polyurethane
is well known for its excellent abrasion and impact resistance, so it is usually
chose by engineers to use them to stop, support, bearing load, absorb shock and
clamp.
However,
they can be classified as many kinds though all of them are called polyurethane
pad. Based on different form of polyurethane, there are foam pad, rubber pad
and gel pad. According to applications, there are support pad, clamp pad, jack
pad, track pad, cushion pad, metal forming pad and bearing pad.
PEPSEN chemical
engineering staff has been doing research and testing on this field in past 15
years and we make polyurethane rubber pad by open casting molding and
compression molding, not foam pad, the advantages of polyurethane rubber pad
include high performance physical properties, low or no tooling cost, large
cross sections, and strong bonding to metal, wooden and most of rubber and
plastic.
