How does PEPSEN manufacture molded polyurethane crane flange rail brake pad?

There are many different ways to produce them, depending on hardness, quantity, formulation and tolerance requirement.

Urethane crane flange rail brake pad can be made by either open casting mold or compression mold, the open casting mold is less expensive but the tolerance is bigger, the compression casting mold is more expensive and require more materials, but can avoid many trimming and machining process, besides, it can assure much better surface finish and tight tolerance.

Sometimes urethane formulation is another factor we need to consider, some special formulations will have special MOQ and operation procedure.
