Generally there are two ways of casting polyurethane, hand casting and machine casting .They have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Hand casting is more flexible, it is usually used for low volume polyurethane parts, low to high hardness polyurethane parts or parts with only a few mold. Machine casting is usually used for big polyurethane parts, another advantage is it can be used for super high durometer polyurethane parts the pot life of which is very short, accurate ratio control with precision metering pumps can also guarantee more reliable casting process .

PEPSEN have much experience of using both casting process because our business scope is wide, hardness ranging from Shore 5A-98A-80D, quantity from 1 pcs to 5000pcs, weight from 50g parts to 250kg roller.

Pepsen has separate hand casting area and machine casting area.The new polyurethane casting machine is equipped for a project with order amount over USD 1.5, it can be used for wide range formulations  such as TD/MDI/NDI, we believe it will complete the order successfully together with other two existing casting machine.
