Feed Chamber and Cover Plate are used on middle to top section of WARMAN hydrocyclone.

Each of the casing segments has a corresponding moulded elastomer liner, commonly natural rubber, but PU is 8-10 times better which fits snugly into its casing.

Liners can be easily inspected by unbolting and removing the casing segments.

When replacing the liners, a liberal quantity of hand cleaner cream applied to matching face will assist, particularly the angled face of the cover lined and feed chamber liner.

What is the advantage of PU Feed Chamber and Cover Plate Liner?

The liners are molded from application specific formulated PU elastomers. Different wear resistant materials suit different wear environments, though polyurethane/PU has proven to be the most wear resistance material.

Economical grade Polyurethane can give 5 to 6 times service life of PU Feed Chamber and Cover Plate Liner than natural rubber while high grade one can give ten times.
