What is expanded mesh backing polyurethane wear liner?

The Metal-backed urethane wear liner sheets may be used where some structural support is required, or bent to conform to a required shape. They are widely used in bulk material handling industry for lining of chutes, hoppers, head funnels, spouts and impact areas.

How to install expanded mesh backing polyurethane wear liner?

To cut Urethane sheet: toothless saw cutting with cutting fluid to prevent binding of the blade.

Installation method: fix bolting during installation, space between bolt and edge of liner is 50mm, bolt spacing shall be < 150mm.
