Thanks for detailed information.

I understand a small amount of material removed on polyurethane bushings.

If we measure samples and make drawing, the radius on red bushing will not be so precise. If you need all radius very precisely, we need to scan red sample to get drawing.

Regarding position of writings, is it acceptable as shown on attached photo?  Besides, embossed writings are less expensive than debossed ones

Please find estimated cost as below.

Red part (dark blue color required), 300pcs

Scanning cost(if required): USD 90

Mold fee(if we measure sample and draw , embossed writings): USD115 per mold(we need three molds for volume production)

Unit price: EX Works USD 7.9/pc

Lead time of molds:  2 weeks

Lead time of production: 2-3 weeks
