Shanghai Pepsen Polyurethane Co., Ltd. is a custom cast polyurethane manufacturer in China. Since 2004, Pepsen has specialized in custom molded polyurethane products, including polyurethane wheels, rollers, bushings, liners, sheets, rods, tubes and urethane-to-metal bonded components.

With nearly 10,000 square meters of production space and more than 100 employees, Pepsen is equipped with a testing center, analysis laboratory, testing workshop and large-scale production workshops. We support engineering design, custom urethane formulation, prototyping, molding, casting, machining and testing for OEM/ODM industrial parts.

Our products are used in material handling systems, mining equipment, oil and gas pipelines, automotive equipment, construction machinery and general industrial machinery. With 45+ patents, 60+ stocked polyurethane formulas and experience serving more than 3,500 customers, Pepsen provides durable, application-specific polyurethane solutions for demanding working conditions.

Pepsen is ISO 9001 certified, and our products can meet RoHS requirements. We have passed environmental protection reviews, safety standardization assessments and occupational health requirements.
We are also an authorized supplier for Honeywell and ABB. With more than 45 invention and utility model patents, Pepsen continues to improve polyurethane formulation, molding, casting and bonding technologies for custom industrial applications.

Development History

1996

Getting started

We began our journey as China’s first manufacturer of polyurethane sheets and rods.

2004

Embracing changes

We moved to new workshop , expanded our business and established the overseas department.

2010

Gradually growing

We obtained ISO9001 certificate. Our main business shift from standard products to custom polyurethane products. We established laboratory and R & D center.

2016

Gathering momentum

We were officially accredited as a supplier to Honeywell, ABB and CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation). In the process of China's high-speed rail "going global" we have made our own contributions to this landmark initiative.

2020

Looking into future

We were accredited as a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology. In the same year, the company formally formulated and launched the first five-year implementation plan for its " informatization and automation " strategy.

2021

Breaking through

We implemented an ERP system, marking our entry into an era of data-driven management. We obtained 29 utility model patents and 2 invention patents, and were recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise" in Shanghai.
