Polyurethane Components for Conveyor Systems
Conveyor rollers support, guide, and move material through production and transfer lines. Choosing the right roller isn’t just about hardness. Load, running speed, roller dimensions, core material, and the bond between the polyurethane and the core all affect performance.
With replacement rollers, the old part can tell you a lot. Uneven wear, surface damage, or separation from the core may point to a problem worth fixing before you order a replacement.

Polyurethane Wheels for Material Handling Equipment
Polyurethane wheels are used on equipment that moves loads across floors or along defined travel paths. Forklift wheels, load wheels and other industrial wheels face different demands, so the choice of material and wheel construction should reflect the equipment and its working conditions.
Load, speed, floor condition, operating cycles and wheel dimensions are important starting points. For bonded wheels, the core and polyurethane-to-core bond also need to be considered.

Polyurethane Guides, Strips and Protective Parts
Guide rails, strips, pads and other contact parts help keep materials in position and protect adjoining surfaces from repeated contact. In sliding applications, wear, friction, clearance and the way the part is mounted can be just as important as hardness.
A replacement part should match the required geometry and fit. If the original component wears too quickly or causes problems during operation, it is worth reviewing the contact surfaces and operating conditions rather than changing hardness alone.

Polyurethane Buffers and Impact Pads
Buffers and impact pads are used where moving equipment or transported materials repeatedly contact another surface. Their job is to absorb some of that impact and limit direct contact between components.
The required hardness, thickness and shape depend on the impact, available compression space and mounting arrangement. A part that works well under occasional contact may not suit an application with frequent or continuous impact.

Polyurethane Chute and Hopper Liners
Chutes and hoppers handle bulk materials that can wear the surfaces they pass over. Polyurethane liners may be suitable where abrasion resistance and impact resistance are important, but the result depends on the material being handled and how it moves through the equipment.
Particle size, impact angle, moisture, liner thickness and attachment method all affect the design. Access for inspection and replacement also deserves attention, particularly where the liner is installed inside a chute or hopper.

Some material handling components are standard in function but not in size, geometry or mounting details. Others are made for a particular machine and have no direct off-the-shelf replacement.

When requesting a quotation, please include the available drawing or sample, overall dimensions, required quantity and a brief description of the working conditions. For rollers and wheels, load and operating speed are useful details. For wear parts and buffers, the material being handled, type of contact and mounting arrangement help us understand the application.
If a component has failed in service, photographs of the part and the area where it is installed can also help explain the problem.
