Since 2004, PEPSEN has provided a full range of polyurethane (PU/Urethane) solutions — from standard shapes to fully custom molded parts. Our product line includes PU wheels, rollers, sheets, tubes/rods/bars, extruded profiles, liners, bushings, and other cast or custom-molded components.

We offer both polyether-based and polyester-based PU systems, manufactured via cast molding or extrusion molding, to suit different mechanical and environmental requirements. Hardness, color and formulation can be tailored to your needs.

Our PU products deliver excellent abrasion resistance, tear strength and impact resistance. Upon request, we can further engineer properties such as UV resistance, high-temperature resistance, food-grade (FDA compliant), or conductive/anti-static characteristics.
