Pepsen manufactures custom polyurethane bushings, also known as urethane or PU bushings, for applications that require impact absorption, vibration isolation, wear resistance and controlled movement. Parts are molded to drawings or samples in application-specific hardness, dimensions, colors and formulations.
Typical applications include vehicle suspension, exhaust hangers, trailers, mining equipment, industrial pivots, food-processing machinery and heavy-duty vehicles. Polyurethane can provide longer wear life and better load support than many rubber compounds while reducing metal-to-metal contact, shock and noise.
