Pepsen manufactures cast polyurethane pipeline pig components including guide discs, sealing discs, conical cups, drive cups, scraper cups, spheres and solid cleaning pigs.
These components are used for cleaning, batching, dewatering and product separation in oil, gas, water and process pipelines, subject to application and media requirements.
Outside diameter, thickness, lip profile, hardness, color and formulation can be customized for pipe size, bend radius, pressure, temperature, wear and chemical exposure. Parts are inspected before shipment.
