Pepsen manufactures standard and custom polyurethane T-squeegee blades for rotary screen printing. Cast polyurethane offers wear resistance and dimensional consistency, while the material system is selected for the ink chemistry, press speed, substrate, blade pressure and cleaning method.
These T-squeegee blades are used in textile, packaging, label and wallpaper printing. Compatibility with water-based, solvent-based or UV inks should be confirmed from the ink and cleaning-solvent data, followed by a production trial where possible.

Why Choose Our Polyurethane T Squeegees?
– Direct manufacturing: Custom casting, cutting and finishing are coordinated through one supplier.
– Application-matched materials: Formulation, hardness and edge geometry are selected from the press and ink requirements.
– Trial support: Sample or short trial lengths can be discussed before production orders.
– Practical order quantities: Minimum quantity depends on size, formulation and finishing requirements.
– Technical support: Quotation documents confirm lead time, inspection criteria and applicable warranty terms.
– Engineering support: We help with hardness selection and edge geometry for the press.
Application Examples for Polyurethane T Squeegees
– Textile printing: A medium-hardness polyurethane T-squeegee can provide stable contact and controlled ink transfer on fabric. Final hardness and edge geometry should be confirmed on the customer’s press.
– Packaging and label printing: An application-specific formulation can be evaluated for solvent or UV-ink systems where swelling, edge wear or print consistency is a concern.
Polyurethane T Squeegee Selection Guide
– Match hardness to the process: Softer grades can conform to delicate or uneven substrates; harder grades provide greater edge stability. Confirm the range with a press trial.
– Choose the material grade:Polyester PU and polyether PU offer different chemical, hydrolysis and wear profiles. Review the actual ink and cleaning chemicals before selection.
– Confirm dimensions: Provide the press model, screen width, holder geometry and current blade dimensions.
– Select the edge profile: Sharp, beveled and rounded edges influence detail, deposit and wear behavior.
– Confirm lead time: Standard and custom lead times depend on formulation, dimensions, trial requirements and order quantity.
What is the price range for your polyurethane T squeegee blades?
Pricing varies by length/thickness/quantity; contact us for a tailored quote with bulk discounts.
Can I get free samples to test with my rotary screen printing machine?
Yes – free 1–2 piece samples are available, with 1–2 week lead times for custom specs.
Are your T squeegee blades compatible with solvent-based inks?
Absolutely – our solvent-resistant PU formulations work with solvent, water-based, and UV inks.
What is your typical production lead time?
Standard orders ship within 7-10 days. Custom projects may require 2-3 weeks for tooling and quality assurance.
Are you a manufacturer?
Yes. We are manufacturer. Welcome to visit our factory.
Can you introduce your customized process ?
