For the "cleaning residue on valve balls" in the dairy industry, we use FDA-certified food-grade PU materials and optimize the ball’s surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8μm). Combined with acid and alkali resistance, it fits CIP in-place cleaning processes, avoids milk stains/cleaner residue (which breeds bacteria), and ensures food safety.

For the "mine ball dust clogging" issue in mining, we upgrade the ball’s hardness to 90A-95A Shore and design a micro-convex anti-slip surface. This boosts wear resistance against ore dust and reduces valve jamming from dust buildup, cutting equipment downtime.
