Compared with rubber or unlined steel, properly selected PU liners can reduce noise, protect equipment surfaces and extend service life in mining, aggregate, cement, oil and gas, recycling and bulk material handling applications. Formulations are selected for wear, hydrolysis, chemical exposure, temperature and operating conditions.
We supply molded liners, bonded metal-backed linings and replacement wear components to drawings, samples or application data. Hardness, thickness, fixing method, dimensions and polyurethane system can be customized for OEM and maintenance requirements.
