Pepsen manufactures specialized polyurethane components that fall outside standard wheel, roller, bushing or lining categories. Products include overmolded and coated parts, star wheels, sleeves, couplings, gears, sprockets, dunnage, vacuum cups and application-specific wear components.
Cast polyurethane combines elasticity, abrasion resistance and load capacity, and it can be molded around or bonded to metal, plastic and other prepared substrates where required.
We develop parts from drawings, samples or operating data with custom hardness, color, geometry, tolerances and formulation for prototype, replacement and production requirements.
