Polyurethane-coated bearings and cam followers combine a precision bearing with a resilient urethane tread. The coating can reduce noise, absorb impact, protect mating surfaces and provide controlled traction in conveyors, guides and automation equipment. Profiles include flat, crowned, V-groove and U-groove designs, with custom hardness and color options.

We can mold polyurethane directly onto customer-supplied bearings or source the bearing and deliver a complete assembly. Existing cores may be suitable for stripping and recoating after inspection. Material, dimensions and tolerances are selected from the load, speed, temperature, chemical exposure and contact-surface requirements.
