Pepsen manufactures custom polyurethane rollers and PU-coated rollers for conveyor systems, material handling, printing, laminating, packaging, mining and industrial machinery. Roller cores can be steel, aluminum or engineered plastic and are prepared by blasting, cleaning and applying the correct bonding system before casting.
Available designs include drive rollers, idler rollers, feed rollers, nip and pinch rollers, guide rollers, pipe conveyor rollers, V-groove and U-groove rollers, food-grade rollers and high-load NDI-based formulations. We also provide polyurethane roller recovering and recoating for suitable existing cores.
Specify the drawing or sample, face length, outside diameter, core material, shaft or bearing arrangement, hardness, load, speed, temperature and chemical exposure. Our team will recommend a material and bonding process for stable traction, wear life and dimensional accuracy.
