We are a China-based manufacturer of custom cast polyurethane rubber sheets, also known as urethane sheeting or PU rubber sheet. We use quality raw materials, including BASF systems where specified, and tailor hardness, dimensions and formulation to applications that face frequent wear, impact or maintenance.

Polyurethane sheets can be cut or machined into rings, gaskets, rollers, wheels, squeegees and other components. Typical uses include wear-resistant machinery linings, automotive seals and vibration-damping pads, construction formwork liners and impact pads. Food-contact applications require a formulation and compliance documentation selected for the intended use.

– High abrasion resistance: Properly formulated polyurethane can provide longer wear life than many conventional elastomers in sliding and impact applications. Actual results depend on formulation and operating conditions.

– Outdoor formulations: UV-stabilized grades are available for sunlight and weather exposure. Standard polyurethane should be evaluated before prolonged outdoor use.

– Low-temperature performance: Selected formulations can retain flexibility at temperatures down to about -40°C. Confirm the service range for the specified grade.

– Impact and vibration damping: Elastic polyurethane helps absorb shock and vibration in pads, bumpers and mounts.

– Machinability: Sheets can be cut, drilled or milled to custom shapes and dimensions, depending on hardness and thickness.
