Advantages in OIL & GAS Industry

- High wear resistance, resistant to cutting and tearing, dimensionally stable; also supports load-bearing, oil/gas resistance, and chemical resistance. Volume wear rate < 0.05 cm³/1.61 km – 5-8 times that of natural rubber and 3-4 times that of nitrile rubber

- Chemical Corrosion Resistance Resistant to crude oil, mud (containing drilling fluid additives), formation water (high salinity/high mineralization), and H₂S/CO₂ corrosion; performance attenuation < 5% after 72-hour immersion

- High Pressure Resistance & Impact Resistance: Compressive strength > 80 MPa at room temperature, elongation at break > 400%; capable of withstanding 30 MPa high pressure at wellheads and impact loads from pipeline pigging

- Wide Temperature Range Stability: Operating temperature range: -40℃ (cold-region oilfields) to 120℃ (long-term, special formulation); no brittleness at low temperatures and no softening at high temperatures
