PEPSEN has manufactured custom polyurethane rubber rollers since 2004. Send a drawing, sample or hand sketch, and our engineers will review the core, dimensions, profile, hardness, load, speed and service environment before quotation.
Our polyurethane rubber rollers are available in polyester, polyether and specialty formulations. Material selection can address abrasion, oil, hydrolysis, UV, temperature, antistatic or hygiene requirements after the operating conditions are reviewed.
Custom urethane rollers are used in material handling, conveyors, printing, textile and papermaking machinery, labeling and packaging, woodworking, and metal, film and plastics processing.
