No-crush wheels and rollers are also known as spacer wheels, zero-crush rollers and soft-touch wheels.

Shanghai Pepsen manufactures custom polyurethane no-crush wheels for corrugated, printing, packaging, bottling and material-handling equipment. Dimensions, hardness and mounting style are matched to the product, shaft and contact-pressure requirements.

Options include pre-installed bushings or bearings, hubbed or keyed cores, slip-on wheels and customer-specified core materials. Heat-resistant, antistatic and other application-specific polyurethane formulations are available after the service conditions are reviewed.
